watercolor on 9 x 12 Arches 300 lb. cold press hand-deckled paper

My client (and sorority sister!) commissioned this for her husband’s 60th birthday and wanted to have a deckled edge to the piece so that it could be float mounted and framed. I hand-deckled the Arches 300 lb. paper to do this piece for her.

Client’s comment:  “Christi your gifts and eye for detail will be so treasured! (My husband) absolutely loves it as much as I do! Thank you so so much…”  and her husband’s comment “The painting of our house is fantastic. Thank you so much!” What a JOY and privilege it is to get to do pieces like this!
